Virtual Speed Networking
Women in Media is hosting virtual speed networking with the goal of inviting creative crew members to participate in the CAMERAderie LAB. Below the Line creative Keys will have the opportunity to speed network with CAMERAderie Finalist teams who are building their crews for their shorts and to participate in the Lab.
ABOUT THE CAMERAderie LAB
The CAMERAderie Lab is an ecosystem designed to elevate participant’s abilities to rise in the entertainment industry, using practical training as they collaborate on high production value short films. The Lab includes complimentary admission to a number of educational and networking events that are designed to increase marketable skills, abilities, and thought leadership of chosen participants. There are virtual 2-day learning conventions about pre-production (May 1st and 2nd), distribution/film festivals, and stand alone events such as the recent Catherine Hardwicke Master Class. When it’s safe to do so, there will be hands-on classes about using Arri cameras, grip & electric and art dept training programs at MBS Stages. There are guided process meetings with industry professionals and opportunities to network for future hiring. In or around August, we will go into production on greenlit short films.
Polish Your WiM Crew Profiles & RSVP

You will be vetted and it will be part of a contact sheet that is sent out to everyone who attends this event.
